POSITION OVERVIEW:
Craft Collective is seeking a Trade Marketing & Events Manager to hone and oversee marketing efforts in the field to increase sales, drive customer growth, and educate consumers about its portfolio of 75+ craft beverage brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create marketing campaigns and develop solutions to drive demand and maximize sales opportunities in the field, supporting the goals of our customers, sales team, and suppliers.

Drive event marketing strategy, including vetting opportunities, planning support, promotion, and activation. Attend events as needed.

Produce or lead the production of events large and small.

Lead Craft Collective’s in-store tasting program, including recruitment, training, coordination, and execution.

Manage POS library, including sourcing, purchasing, fulfillment, distribution, and maintaining inventory. Work with the Graphic Designer to conceptualize new assets when needed.

Work cross-functionally with the marketing team and key stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify deliverables and deadlines and ensure results.

Manage chain-specific product information and authorizations in collaboration with the Sales team.

Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for key accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
2-4 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a role involved in trade marketing or brand marketing

Event production experience a big plus

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study

Excellent communication and people skills

Flexible work style

Detail-oriented

Ability to build a strong network of peers and partners to co-create success

A desire to learn more about small business operations and experience startup culture

Ability to attend events, including night and weekend events

Interest in craft beer preferred
COMPENSATION:
Competitive pay based on experience including a base salary and annual bonus. Industry-leading benefits.
