HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - People were getting their last minute Christmas shopping done at the This and That Craft and Vendors Show at the C3 Hotel and Convention Center in Hastings on Saturday.
They had about 40 vendors at the event showing a wide variety of different goods. People could buy food products, homemade items, hair accessories, Christmas decorations, and other knickknacks.
Organizers encourage people to to stop by and find something special not only for Christmas but year round.
“We have a large variety of things, one-of-a-kind and get that special gift that nobody else is going to have,” Organizer Ruth Derre said.
“They vary in prices on all different kind of items, so for everybody on your list you can find something,” said Organizer Brenda Jones.
This and That has been going on for over 10 years and organizers believe it’s essential to have these shows to help vendors stay afloat.
“We all have home-based businesses, and it’s a way to show off our wares and offer to a wide variety of people.”
The craft show is on Saturdays from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. for about eight to ten months out of year. Normally they have more vendors, but some have respectfully declined to participate due to COVID-19.
