Upscale craft cocktail bar Brizo will have its soft opening Jan. 31 at The Shops at Promenade, 300 N. Coit Road, Ste. 255, Richardson. In addition to cocktails, Brizo will focus on serving high quality wines and champagnes. Once fully open, the menu will also include small plates and charcuterie boards. The bar’s interior will feature wallpaper designed by Richardson-based designers EVER Altelier. Brizo’s hard opening date is set for Feb. 22, according to co-owners Reid Robinson and John Byrd, who are also the co-owners of bar The Forum in Richardson. www.facebook.com/brizobartx. www.instagram.com/brizobar
