Adults will have the opportunity to create a marbled jewelry dish from clay during a crafting session at Reddick Public Library. The class is scheduled from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at the library, 1010 Canal St., Ottawa. A $2 fee is required upon registration. For more information, visit the library or call 815-434-0509.
Additional programs the week of Feb. 24 include:
• Ready, Set, Read! 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25: A story time for children ages 3 to 6 to help develop literary skills and prepare for school.
• Shake, Rattle, Read! 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26: A musical story time for children ages 6 months to 3 years with a craft.
• Chair Yoga, 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27: Adults can join yoga instructor Dianne Nudo Mostek for free sessions incorporating gentle, chair-based poses.
• Anime and Manga, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27: Students in seventh through 12th grades can meet with others who share their affinity for all things anime and manga. Snacks will be provided.
