Mourinho led the Reds to their worst start to a season in 28 years, but Solskjaer has guided the club into the top four after eight wins from their last nine.
Sanchez, who has scored just twice this season, does not believe the club's change of direction is down to luck.
He said: "About what happens inside the locker room, I never speak.
"People keep saying the way things have changed is like a miracle, but I do not believe in miracles.
"I only believe in work and more work - and that's what we've done."
United face a tough test against Paris-Saint Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday, but Sanchez is confident.
The ex-Arsenal star said: "United is a club with so much history, capable of beating any rival.
"If we win at Old Trafford and we don't concede, then I think we would be favourites for the second leg.
"I think we can do that and I see this United team with a lot of chances to score in Paris."
