With Mother’s Day just around the corner, there’s no better time to get crafting! Moms love handmade gifts and Disney moms, in particular, will love this Mickey-themed Mother’s Day craft.
Whether you’re a dad helping little ones create homemade Mother’s Day presents or a grown-up who just wants to show your mom how much you appreciate her, these cute Mickey Mouse-shaped paper rosettes are sure to make Mom’s day, no matter how old you are!
Mother’s Day Mickey Mouse Rosettes (Courtesy of Disney)
What You Need:
- Patterned and solid colored paper
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Hot glue
- Letter stickers
What You Do:
Start by cutting out a long rectangle from the patterned paper.
Accordion fold the entire rectangular piece of paper.
Staple the center of the folded paper.
Unfold the rosette and glue the sides together to create a full circle.
Next, cut two Mickey ears out of the leftover paper. Then, glue them onto the back of the rosette.
Cut out a small circle from solid colored paper.
Use letter stickers to spell “Best Mom” on the paper circle.
Glue the circle to the center of the Mickey Mouse rosette!
